On Friday, I pushed my first Kickstarter project, for my first completed board game, live. And thanks to a great first wave of support from my friends and communities, the project is already 16% funded; halfway to the magical 30% indicator of success. It’s very exciting, and I’m spending my time today working out social media promotional tasks, setting up a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ghostpiratesgame), planning improvements to the main Ghost Pirates kickstarter page, and using network connections to try and bump up word-of-mouth and the funding.
